Advancing Grace :: A Great Year
The days from Thanksgiving through New Years are, for many of us, the busiest of the year. In the blink of an eye, our lives are filled with decorating, shopping, wrapping, cooking, celebrating, and worshipping our Lord and Savior. It’s a corridor of time in which our faith and its significance and the culture and its distractions often collide. Our prayer for you as your year comes to a crescendo is that you take a moment to pause and give thanks.
Reflecting on this past year, we’re reminded of some of the things for which we’re very thankful.
- In 2013 we released our latest book, Grace Filled Marriage. We continued sowing seeds this year by launching the Grace Filled Marriage conference and filming a Small Group video study (due for release in the first quarter of 2015).
- In an effort to enfold the younger generation and raise the funds to develop these marriage resources, we hosted our first-ever crowd funding campaign which provided the funds necessary to create new and vital resources.
- We expanded our Ambassador program to 30 Ambassadors and 17 Speaker Team members. Through these voices we’re reaching new demographics of families in meaningful ways.
- We redesigned the Family Matters website, created an animated video explaining Grace Based Parenting, and introduced a new Family Matters parenting app (available via iTunes App Store and the Android Marketplace.)
