The "No Thank You" Bite
Do you have a picky eater?
Young children and toddlers are developing rapidly and so new smells and tastes and textures can really feel overwhelming to them. But it is important that they get variety in their diet and that they’re exposed to new foods that’s why i love the parenting tip of a
no thank you bite encouraging and teaching our kids to take a “no thank you” bite does a couple of really important things. First, it allows them to try and be exposed to new foods and all of those little bites add up to variety in their diet. Secondly, it helps them navigate some of the
relational problems that can come from refusing food it teaches them poise it gives them freedom to be different and candid, and it teaches them good manners.
