Fortunately, God doesn’t keep score the way we humans do. If He did, there wouldn’t be one of us still standing. We’d be gone, nada, over, kaput. Nor does he maintain an ongoing relationship with us that even appears to be remotely close to the score keeping arrangement we maintain with each other. No way. That’s not his style, because that’s not His heart. God deals with us from the depth of His overwhelming grace.
