May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.

In moments of strife in a marriage, it’s easy to get bogged down in the here and now. We may become frustrated by our circumstances and get caught in a trap of negative thinking that can really destroy the bond between a man and a wife. Regardless of what we’re dealing with today, God has already secured the ultimate victory for us! Ask God to reinvigorate you today with a joyful reminder of His grace. Ask Him to help you turn that joy into life-giving words and actions towards your spouse that will encourage both of you in times of trouble.
